A Warm Embrace forms part of the wider project The Unfurling, a collaborative body of work between Shannon Novak and Pasha Clothier. This work explores sex characteristics, gender identity, and gender expression in space, an extension of work Novak did in 2019 in the same space as part of his exhibition Sub Rosa.
