Commissioned by Mirvac for 664 Collins Street in Melbourne, this work is a continuous, generative animation built with JavaScript and the HTML Canvas API. Developed in collaboration with queer communities across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, the piece is a celebratory portrait of queer diversity. The artwork features an 8x9 grid displaying 72 circular forms (some whole, some split) that rotate at autonomous, randomised speeds. Whenever a shape spontaneously changes direction, it triggers a pure sine note, orchestrating an infinite, non-repeating musical score.
